    Do You Offer A Design Consultation?
    Yes. Our friendly showroom consultants can arrange for one of our highly skilled designers to come to your home for a personal consultation anytime, seven days a week.

    Do You Offer a Warranty?

    Our range of warranties is testimony to our commitment to quality and the long-term satisfaction of our customers.

    We select only the finest products for our customers, all of which are backed by our written warranty. All our work is backed by a 10 year warranty. We even offer a Lifetime warranty on kitchen drawer boxes and hinges. Renovations (in NSW and VIC) over $12,000 are backed by “Vero” home warranty insurance and our customers can also purchase an extended warranty on appliances.


    Can we still live in our home during the Renovation?

    Yes. But we suggest that you get your house ready for the renovation team before their arrival date to reduce the level of disturbance to your daily routine. Our technical representative will discuss this when visiting your home and advise you of some practical measures we can assist you with.


    Are all Your Tradespeople Fully Qualified?

    Our team of fully qualified, licensed and Harvey Norman ‘Platinum’ accredited tradespeople are the best in the renovation industry today. Our people, combined with our quality materials, are the reason we can boast a 10-year warranty.


    Why is Home Warranty Insurance important?

    Home warranty Insurance [HWI] is mandatory in a number of States across Australia, including Victoria and NSW. HWI not only safeguards the Consumer against the Supplier of renovation materials and services going out of business, it also provides a code of conduct which the Supplier must adhere.

    Harvey Norman Renovations [NSW & VIC] will provide you with a copy of the DOFT blue pamphlet, which advises the Consumer appropriately.


    Do you ask for payment to be made prior to us receiving our kitchen or bathroom?

    Harvey Norman Renovations require only a small deposit of 5% or 10%, depending on the contract amount. Nothing more is paid until all materials are delivered to your door.


    What if we have more details, or have questions after we order?

    Your fully qualified Technical representative will be visiting your home after you have made the decision to progress your order with Harvey Norman Renovations. He or she will be able to answer any questions you might have and will also go through the finer details of your order with you once again.


    Who supervises our renovation?

    Harvey Norman employs the services of a number of qualified Builders and Tradespeople to oversee your renovation while it is in progress. Our Project team will notify you of who your Supervisor is, along with details of your whole Trades team prior to your work commencing.
